According to mail content from Wim

Give an overview of the daily passings, and an indication of the number of hours measured.
Increase the classes of the speeds above 70h (see /reports/traffic cal, car_speed_hist_0to120plus field.
Show in red the percentage of traffic up to 30 km/h higher than speed limit & black all above.
