[BUG] Error when missing the dynamically loaded parts spec. #173

Describe the bug Conflict with another mod. Any FDR Logging equipment will cause the game to infinitely load. I did make FDR aware figured I would let you know also!

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download any FDR equipment
  2. Install any FDR equipment
  3. Enable any FDR equipment while Guidance Steering is Enabled
  4. See error

Expected behavior Saved / new game loads with no issues,no infinite loading when attempting to purchase FDR equipment.

Additional context Was able to recreate with only FDR equipment and Guidance Steering enabled, no other mods were in the game at the time.
