[BUG] missing guidancesteering_tooltip_trackisnot created in l10n_nl.xml

Describe the bug when you do not setup a track the right way and try to save a course. so no a + b point has been set and trying to save then

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' ctl + s second tab
2. Click on '....' try to save a track
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Not entirely sure what you think is a problem or what you actually expect. I'd advise you to download the latest version. Because there is no 'save track' button. There are only 'create' and 'edit' buttons. And using the create button without setting any track gives the right warning.

its saying its missing the dutch translation it porbley should say somting like error track not created en in dutch (error baan niet aangemaakt)

this happens when i go to ctl +s second tab and just hit the + mark

Ah, see, missing details. But yes, that's quite possible, not all translations are finished.

Updated the translation, got to wait for confirmation from Wopster now =)

Yeah big chance more is missing.. didn't really check all the translations.
