Add entry fields for numeric input

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I setup Autodrive courses, I often need a certain width for keeping the distance from other courses. But there is no way to directly enter the width. Instead I have to click 300 times on the +-button.

Describe the solution you'd like Make all the numeric fields accessible with the numeric keypad.
