Telehandlers, front loaders and wheel loaders all got this bug, afaik, possible that other in-cab attachable stuff has it too.
Sometimes the attach trigger for loader equipment disappears. It appears to be related to leaving and entering the vehicle.
In the video below the attach trigger literally disappears a couple seconds after leaving and entering the loader. The tabbing resets the triggers.
Sorry to say I've got no better way to reproduce this. It's just plain weird =P
