[FS19] ManureSystemAvailabilityCheck.lua : disable all parts ? #161

Hello,

First of all, I am a real fan of your grat job adding interesting things to do in that game :)

I am curently trying to update a placeable mod, having multiple XML, one for each "placeable type" (buyingStation, silo, MSS). Not to have 3 times the same textures content and so on.. (ok.. no greenwashing..)

I thought that the idea of this script was to remove "only the items" that uses Manure System, but not all of them if only one placeable requires MSS ?

(sorry, no idea why, but I tryied to test my mod without having Manure System in mod folder...)

And, btw, yes.. I am so bored of the last version poor stability that I am back on FS19 :-)

It is a WIP version, already spent many hours on it, making some animation back in order, but few things are still missing (want to try SimpleIC) seems that some textures are not in the good format, and other things that does not satisfy TestRunner..

It is an old mod that I am trying to make "clean & usable" for personnal use, and more if I can get in touch with original author. (have to find it in the first place..)
