Replace `hardened` branch with a `--hardened` flag on run. #164

Good first issue for someone, add a flag to the run.sh file (like the others in the file already) for --hardened that changes the default params passed to pure-ftpd, see "files changed" tab on https://github.com/stilliard/docker-pure-ftpd/compare/master...hardened
