Input type="time" is 100% different on EACH AND EVERY browser #4

Have no idea how I should deal with it, trying to find a proper third-party component, or maybe it is possible to do something with pure css (excluding manual re-styling of every input for each browser)

Can't do much about it until I'll replace input type="time" with custom components, but I'm not sure if this will solve more problems than it will create
