Replace sans-serif and monospace Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols #129

These are lesser-used math alphanumeric ranges that were not prioritised for updating in STIX 2.0.0. The existing Latin roman (upright) sans-serif design is serviceable, but could be improved, while the Greek needs more extensive work; the italics are currently mechanically slanted versions of the roman, and could be replaced with designed italics to better match the treatment of text italics. The monospaced design has many awkward shapes and wobbly outlines and should be completely replaced.
