Add Polytonic Greek #146

A suggestion for a future version: add support for polytonic Greek orthography. Right now, the fonts are not useful for writing Greek texts which require this orthography (i.e., anything before the 1970s/1980s, classical references, etc.).

I definitely support this suggestion.

@davidmjones Did we raise this with the STI Pub stakeholders? It isn’t something we could do with the v2.20 budget, but perhaps there are other funding sources, e.g. another publisher such as OUP?
