Script ell looks weird #156

The left tail of the \ell character starts very high (the highest of all fonts I tested). It actually looks more like e than an l to me. Contributing to the problem is that it is too slanted.

The litre symbol U+2113 is replaced in version 2.10 and later. Hopefully this is preferable: image

Ran into a situation where I wanted to use \ell again, and it's still too slanted compared to the rest of the letters. That being said though, lower L and upper i have different height and slant in STIX2 anyways so maybe using ell for lower L isn't even necessary anymore.
