Subscript Digits and Operators #19

Please add at least the subscript digits U+2080 (≈ <sub> 0030 0) to U+2089 (≈ <sub> 0039 9), along with the operators U+208A (≈ <sub> 002B +) and U+208B (<sub> 2212 −).

The main reason for this request is that with proper subscripts fractions can be displayed properly.

Please note that the subscript digits in conjunction with the superscript digits (see request ID 3467588) should match the fractions provided by the Unicode Standard (U+00BC to U+00BE, U+2150 to U+215E, and U+2189), and should also work properly with U+215F FRACTION NUMERATOR ONE and U+2044 FRACTION SLASH.

This issue is targeted to be fixed in version 2.0.0 which is currently under development.

These glyphs have been included in STIX version 2.0.0 which was released earlier today.
