Math italic bold characters don't respect ss02 #190

Open xsrvmy opened 3 years ago

The bold italic math characters u v and w are not affected by ss02. Given that bold g is affected, these should also be affected by ss02 as well.

Additionally, currently the bold italic z is the ss02 variant without setting ss02.

ss02 is a bit weird: it reverts the standard math forms of u v w to the form used in the Text fonts. But there are not corresponding variant glyphs for these letters in the other math alphanumeric sets.

@davidmjones Should we consider adding variants for these letters, or perhaps removing them from ss02? I included the regular italic variants in the feature simply because they were available, but now there is an inconsistency.

Actually the bigger issue I found was that \symbfit{z} actually uses the text bold italic version of z which is inconsistent with the normal z in math. This has nothing to do with ss02 either.

For 2.20 : added ss02 alt forms for u v w z bolditalic, and changed default bolditalic z form to match simpler italic style.
