u1D71B.ssty has identical outlines to u1D71B.ssty2 #219

MATHEMATICAL ITALIC PI SYMBOL (u1D71B) has identical outlines in it's ssty and ssty2 styles. The ssty2 style is the incorrect scale and should be larger to match other ssty2 outlines. The image below shows u1D71B, u1D71B.ssty and u1D71B.ssty2.

Updated sources and fonts delivered to STI Pub for testing. Issue reopened pending public release.
