The $\pm $ sign is too low as the minus sign in the $ \pm$ sign should be on the baseline. This happens on other Times-like math fonts like XITS and TeX Gyre Termes Math
but newtxmath does not have this issue. (see above)
PS: I do love the old style of numbers and the 2 serif 1D45D $p$ (now it has only the right serif), just like the Times one, the new one is too squashed and wide, inconsistent with english alphabet letters like sin and cos, can you make them as a Stylistic Set?
