Vertical placement and size of bars #259

Take a look at the following picture that shows a few delimiters (base characters) and the vertical bars "7C (left) and "2223 (right).

Is this on purpose? I would expect at least the left one to be of the same size and vertically aligned with the delimiters. Compare with Latin Modern Math:

I think the issues are different.
