Missing codepoints #39

I am trying to migrate an application that is using a bundled copy of the STIX 1.0 fonts to use the system installed STIX 1.1 fonts instead. I experienced troubles because the codepoint range U+239B - U+23AB that were present in the STIXSizeOneSymReg/STIXSizeOneSymBol font in version 1.0 is not present in the STIX 1.1 font STIX-Regular/STIX-Bold.

This issue is targeted to be fixed in version 2.0.0 which is currently under development.

These codepoinst have been added to STIX version 2.0.0 which was released earlier today
