Missing glyphs for bold digamma letters #55

The glyphs for the characters

U+1D7CA MATHEMATICAL BOLD CAPITAL DIGAMMA U+1D7CB MATHEMATICAL BOLD SMALL DIGAMMA

are missing from the STIX fonts. This is necessary to fully support mathvariant=bold. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1010678
