Line height of STIX Math is astronomical #59

The line height of the STIX Math font is incredibly huge.

Even in comparison to STIX Regular (which has a too large line height itself, see [#40]) the huge amount of white space before each line is apparent as visible in the screenshot.

This makes STIX Math completely unusable as a font to render MathML in Browsers (and for probably anything else one could want to do with the font).

For the screenshot I used STIX Word v1.1.1 package (STIXv1.1.1-word.zip). The issue is present on Windows 7 and Ubuntu 12.10 (so probably platform independent).

Version 2.0.0 of STIX was released earlier today. Many improvements have been made to both the text and math portions of the font including a completeky rewriteen OpenType MATH table. The font is also provided in WOFF and WOFF2 formats. We expect that version 2.0,0 addresses the issues raised, however if problems persist or new issues are uncovered we'd appreciate the feedback.
