Missing data to stretch U+AF "macron" #66

The MathML operator dictionary list U+AF as a stretchy accent (http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML3/appendixc.html). However, the STIX font does not have any data to stretch it. Actually, STIXMath_115.otf even lost the glyph for that character.

Other horizontal lines currently not stretchable:

U+203E OVERLINE U+005F LOW LINE U+003D EQUALS SIGN (not stretchable by the official Operator dictionary, but MathJax uses it to draw chemistry links)

The following accents are also missing, although they have a stretchy non-combining counterpart:

U+005E U+007E

So here are the details of what would be needed for Gecko to keep backward compatible:

Put back U+AF 'macron' (absent in STIX2 Beta 117 but present in STIX1.1.1)
U+AF can be streched by repeating the U+AF component.
U+203E can reuse the data of U+AF (or maybe by repeating the U+203E component)
U+5F can be streched by repeating the U+5F component.
U+3D can be streched by repeating the U+3D component.
U+5E can reuse the data of U+02C6
U+7E can reuse the data of U+02DC

We believe that this issue has been addressed in version 2.0.0.
