Missing data to stretch U+AF "macron" #66

The MathML operator dictionary list U+AF as a stretchy accent (http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML3/appendixc.html). However, the STIX font does not have any data to stretch it. Actually, STIXMath_115.otf even lost the glyph for that character.

Other horizontal lines currently not stretchable:

U+203E OVERLINE U+005F LOW LINE U+003D EQUALS SIGN (not stretchable by the official Operator dictionary, but MathJax uses it to draw chemistry links)

The following accents are also missing, although they have a stretchy non-combining counterpart:

U+005E U+007E
