Bold math script font #82

The STIX v2.0.0 fonts changed the default math script font to a very nice slanted version of the Euler script font. However, the bold math script font remains the older script, and a matching bold version of Euler is not present. Is the intent to also create a slanted version of the bold Euler script? Thanks!

While the STIX script font is not based on Euler, we will neverless review whether the bold script font should be harmnonized with the new script font and updated in the next release.

Bold chancery script character (U+1D4D0..U+1D503) were added in v2.10.
