Header logo #10

Reworked header to name the page "technology"-- to match the name of the site and the overall message. It used to say "Engineering and Analytics", but that's more of an internal distinction.

Add a menu item for "Our Team".

Remove big headline on landing page, in favor of shorter "Yep, we're hiring." Improved the visual pleasure of the page.

I'm fine with this, but you do know @jonathandean is working on the site right now?

Vaguely, but I thought the timeline was probably longer term than this change. I'll go ahead and merge and let Jon do what he will.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I like this change a ton better, just don't want you both duplicating efforts…

@ndp I'm not sure the full timeline on getting it out but I should have a PR sometime this week
