Smartthings update stopped mqtt device to bridge communication #153

After 7/6/18, the mqtt device handler still receives messages from home assistant OK, registers in smartthings, however each device no longer gets the message to change state, etc.

Left for work, came back. No changes were made, and the issue resolved itself.

Note: if no changes were made to your setup and things suddenly stop working, give it a day or two. Very possible Samsung introduces bugs/issues with their updates and then corrects them.
