SCCRIP (Sickle Cell Clinical Research and Intervention Program) established a longitudinal cohort at multiple sites with Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) in 2014 managed by St. Jude Clinical Hematology. A new collaborator for SCCRIP has longitudinal data for 600 SCD patients in OMOP CDM format and this effort is to convert OMOP CDM to SCCRIP format.

Conversion from Synthea CSV to OMOP CDM.

The data we plan to use will likely be https://ohdsi.github.io/ETL-Synthea/ and expertise in R will come in handy to get data loaded. Infrastructure set up is handled in separate issue. This task can occur concurrently as we can implement this in Hematology Server that already has OHDSI Tools and other infrastructure ready.
