What analysis module should be updated and why?

This is for the following files in the main repo:

  1. project_parameters.Config.yaml
  2. create_color_palette_project.R

What changes need to be made? Please provide enough detail for another participant to make the update.

To edit the absolute file paths to test-dataset and update email addresses when necessary.
