There is an issue with the cellranger-analysis module when the output_file="output.txt" file is generated. This issue is specific to @sharonfreshour and not to @AntoniaChroni.
The output_file="output.txt" file is generated but doesn't include the job details for j1.sh, only for j2.sh job.
These don't affect the CellRanger run and results but require further investigation.
