Hello! I want to use this tool to analysis the super enhancer in the plant tissue, but it needs to input a reference genome following the -g parameter. The problem is that the genomes covered by the software do not contain the genomes I want to use, so how can I generate genome files for ROSE analysis of super-enhancers?
