Brush on age violins not returning correct values #1684

The age range returned from brushing is different than the range intended by the user

To recreate issue:

  1. Use this link: http://localhost:3000/?genome=hg38-test&gene=p53&mds3=TermdbTest.
  2. Samples -> Age at Cancer Diagnosis -> brush slightly before 10 (roughly 9.9) and slightly after 11 (roughly 11.1)
  3. The range that appears in the left label will appear after 10 (e.g. 10.5) and probably higher than 11.1 - need to check.
