load singlecell gene exp data from R rds files

Description

please pull sjpp master scp one rds file from hpc:

~/data/tp/files/hg38/BALL-scrna % scp hpc:~/tp/qgao/sctransform/SJBALL030036_D1.rds geneExp

then test with a new sample

(the old one in url.html has an invalid rds file and thus gene search won't work for that)

try gene ACTB, it works. MYC has data for subset of cells. HOXA1 is not present
