@a-frantz - The pytest check fails because I've updated the split_fastq task to use 1.4.0 of the util Docker image. That won't exist until the PR is merged. The prior check (https://github.com/stjudecloud/workflows/pull/136/commits/dad241c3b5e4d3d25c88188d84e1593d0c2f962d) succeeded using the image built off the branch.
