Make sequence send in Can Raw mode cyclic #185

Actual a CAN telegram sequence is only send once. Enhance this to make the message also optional cyclic

Fixed in https://github.com/stko/oobd/commit/ca2267aaa58b895d0c6e051bf3f4e5c693977c45, just forgot to reference the commit to this issue..
