Correct Error handling in case of malformed URL parameters in Settings #224

at least the accidently used telnet URL telnet://123 (happened by using telnet and a Kadaver rcid as connect identifier) caused the telnet initialisation to end the android app by throwing an exception, as the URL did virtually not contain a port
