Updating documentation and documentation system to hyde 2.0 #534

I tried to carry forward all of the old documentation. If there are items I missed we can copy/paste from the older versions. The new documentation is "hyde 2.0 clean" - meaning that updating it with hyde will not introduce changes.

I am pushing this one without a review because the number of files is impossible to review in GitHub. There are likely some docs that got dropped. I'm going to do a more thorough review and subsequent PRs but I wanted the docs moved over so we can document new features.
