Content Authoring Workflow #19

Create a content authoring workflow that goes like this:

Draft --> Content Review --> Style Review --> Published

with appropriate permissions for moving from one to the next.

Developmentally speaking, we're good with this. What needs to be done is fine-tuning and testing.

This one is actually done. What will happen now, is to give people the keys and see how well it works.
