Roles and permissions #21

Roles and permissions need to be created and granted to users.

These are already completed, and have pushed up through production. It's still a work in progress, as we make headway with the project, though.

The roles and permissions feature should be dismantled and appropriate permissions added to the respective features and content types.

Fortunately, it seems that disabling this feature doesn't change the permissions that were enabled by it. It should be pretty easy to disable this feature on our sites and add the specific permissions to the features as necessary.
