Center the main menu on the screen #26

Not sure if we want this or not. The breadcrumbs being aligned-left don't make it look as unified as it would otherwise. Altogether, I'm not sure one way or the other.

I've pretty well decided that I don't like this...

Especially if we're going to try and stick the search box inline with the menu, this won't really have any bearing at all.

Overall, I still just don't like it. HA!
