John gave us some good suggestions about a few nice features that we can add to the top section of the site. Here's the picture: suggestions from john schmidler

So, this boils down to:

[x] Add request info and apply buttons at the top
[x] Add some "quick links" to the top, including various contact methods
[ ] ~~Move the search box to the main navigation bar~~

I'm not sure of the feasibility of moving that search box, though... the size of the menu makes it awkward and difficult to squeeze the menu in there. Plus, the CSS/JavaScript might need some significant re-tooling to accomplish the same.

Here's what I've got so far. I also put the site slogan there, to see how it would fit. Thoughts are more than welcome!
