Workbench email configuration #40

This will be put off for a little while, though. While we're getting all the content into the system, it doesn't make much sense to spam inboxes. Once we start opening this up for the staff to begin really using the system, we'll be sure to put this in place and configure it properly.

That said, I did install and test the module on my local machine, and everything looks like it will work just perfectly!

This module has a huge POST with as many roles as we have. Maybe we ought to rethink the roles. This could also be resolved when we move to Pantheon, too. We might just need to live without this module, though...

Having moved to Pantheon, the large POST is still an issue.

I don't foresee being able to get this module working, unless we simplify some of our permission groups (I don't know how difficult that would be to make happen, though).
