Revise Display of Ministry Opportunities #66

Some of the ministry opportunities, especially those with long addresses or URLs, look really strange with the church and contact information on opposite sides of the content.

Case in point:

I'm thinking it would look better if we put the church/contact info on top of the description. Like a two-column area above a one-column area.
