Added PORT_REALTIME_CORE constant and some comments

@cowo78 what is the realtime core for? Is it actually used somewhere?

Not that I know of. Just saw it around in the Beckhoff headers and thought it might be useful.

Thanks for the PR. I think the additional comments might help some folks even if the constant names are pretty descriptive.
