Open up Discussions, so people can ask questions not in the issues area

@stlehmann could you open up the Discussions area on the repo (if you think it is a good idea), trying to get people to use that or stack overflow for asking more "how-to" like questions (still get a lot of people querying the how to create a route). It also gives me the ability to move issues to discussions (and vice versa), so I don't have to keep closing issues
