Add --unfold Option #35

In meta_analysis.py, we want an option for --unfold that will include the unfolding process (right now this is just a flag, but eventually we may want to allow the user to specify which unfolding algorithm) and include the words "Unfolded" in the title of the resulting ternary plot.

Partially developed in #49 , though now it's not as effective since we pretty much include the folded and unfolded all in one run
