Update bxcan to 0.5.0 #137

bxcan 0.5.0 updates the defmt dependency to 0.2.0.

It looks like this PR will introduce the problem mentioned in #133. Can the dependency be more flexible, say bxcan = ">=0.4" or bxcan = ">=0.4, <0.6.0"
