New release (0.8.0) #194

The last release was in March, since then quite a few things were changed. How about a new release? @hannobraun I think you tagged the last few releases, right?

Yes, I did. I've added doing a release to my task list, but it might take a bit until I get to it. Feel free to do it first, if you want to. I've added the stm32l0 team on crates.io, so you should be able to publish.
