Make hooks weak so they can be overridden #65

Hi @jmailloux unfortunately, those hooks are already defined as weak in case of cmsis_os2 usage. So they cannot be defined as weak.

Note that now, there is no more malloc when USB is enabled. I've remove it thanks: https://github.com/stm32duino/Arduino_Core_STM32/pull/2028/commits/c44d050183574daae87779c5bd44eea59120ae48
