Initialize the repo #4

Initialize the repo structure and get the base started so that people can work on different features in parallel.

In addition to #5, the root directory should have an appwrite.json file and functions should go in an appwrite_functions folder (we shouldn't use functions because it can conflict with some providers like Vercel who may think that's a folder of serverless functions they should deploy).
