Add retrospectives #14

Background

This PR adds retrospective example as well as the retrospective for the last event.

All in all I'd say it was an Ok event, wished we could have handled RSVP:s better so that more people would've shown up.

Think we need to do one more test event like this to see if people actually want these kinds of events or not.

I think ## What could be improved? as a heading (as in the actual event retro) is preferable to ## What went less well? (as in the example).

I like the idea of writing retrospectives for each event.
