Add code of conduct

This is based on the github template. We can obviously change this, I think what we should strive for as a community is

• Encourage the development of different ideas and open debate
• Constantly work towards the equal treatment of all people no matter who they are
• Work to overcome our own biases
• Be as welcoming as possible to both people and ideas different than ours.

This is a good start, let's see where it takes us.

Im thinking we should put this into https://github.com/stockholm-react-js/governance or https://github.com/stockholm-react-js/about instead so that we can keep this repo all about meetups. Thoughts on that?

Hm, that's a tricky question, I can see arguments for all three of them:

• Keep it in this repo since it's the "main" one and as many people as possible see it
• Keep it in governance since it makes sense and because most other such documentation will live there
• Keep it in about, since it's more "public-facing" than governance and kind of an entrypoint to our presence on GH

We should of course link it from all Readmes and the website, but I kind of like keeping it here anyway to maximize exposure? I'm not at all sure though. I like governance second best I think.

When this is merged we should also add a mandatory checkbox to the PR-template: "Have you read and agree to follow our code of conduct?"

I think putting it in governence and then linking to it is the way to go. We can link to it from PR templates as well as from the readme here and from the website.
