Create faster fiber optic serial adapter #7

Replace FTDI modules with separate USB port and FT232HL (TQFP), to support 10 Mbps serial link for faster download. Make sure everything else downstream can support this bit rate as well.

Used MM232H module for easier development. If we want to use the FT232HL later due to availability or other reasons, schematic on Dropbox (pcbs/0 intermediate saves/serial_interface...) has partly implemented schematic for FT232HL with external circuitry.
