I considered using the released prebuilt version of respin, but Ubuntu 17.10 support is going to end https://www.ubuntu.com/info/release-end-of-life.
I suggest uploading more ISO to the release page (please upload 16.04.05 since it gives me error)

Can't reproduce, is your internet connection stable? I see that you made through the next step of the respin process, so it was just a temporary issue?
